MacDonald from the patrol car. It's a studio shot of the police station. The Rebel is visible in the background. -Kurt

Reed and Malloy are reassigned to a cruiser only 300 miles from retirement, and it needs constant repairs, from a broken radiator hose to a cracked distributer cap to broken taillights. It crashes when the parking brake siezes and they veer into a tree. Since the episode is called "The Beast" after the car, and it's the episode's subject, it should be at least four stars.
