Ep 3.01 was part of the season-opener crossover with the regular Law & Order (Ep. 22.01) and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (Ep. 24.01). All three episodes really just felt like one long regular Law & Order episode. The Organized Crime part started with L&O's Jeffrey Donovan, and that team felt like the leads all the way through. The first scene with the burnt out cars was set in Ukraine, where we see a teenage girl fleeing from Russian troops who kill her whole family. She's then seen in NYC, running away from a gunman, that's the scene with the most of the other vehicles. |
