It's a reproduction, very popular in the US during the late 70s and early 80s. As far as I know, the boattails were all roadsters - the car in this movie is a 4-seater. |

Although I don't doubt that this is an Auburn Boat Tail Speedster, both the script and the Micro Machines toy say it's a Dusenberg. XD |
