Mikadoj ◊ 2008-06-25 20:30	In 1955-6 Ford promoted their latest "dream car", the Futura, 10 years later, the very same car, customised into the Batmobile would roar into living rooms everywhere...along with all the rest of that year's "Batmania" ( I remember it well, including my Batman holloween costume)the original car is still in George Barris' collection, though he has sold a few replicas over the years. (Fords of that time would never get Futura styling as it became the basis for the '56 Lincoln design, instead)

And since it is coming out on DVD (and perhaps even Blu-Ray), it looks like we'll have to replace all the images for the sake of quality.

ahight ◊ 2014-11-26 03:50	The blueray collection pack comes with an HD version. I wonder if the quality would be better than DVD or blueray. If you don't want to do the whole 3 seasons I could start on Season 3 and work backwards toward Season 2.
