1973 Australian-American TV thriller shot in Sydney and Hong Kong for American network CBS. A Nazi war criminal living in Hong Kong is an expert in germ warfare and provides terrorists with a deadly gas. To protect himself, he stores a time bomb triggered to release the deadly gas in the Hong Kong sewers which will kill millions! His plan to protect himself goes awry when he is killed in a plane crash, leaving it up to the authorities to find and disarm the bomb in time! Starring Richard Basehart, Leslie Neilsen, and Joseph Fürst!

Certainly doesn't have as much polish as other 1973 TV films I've added; the opening titles are noticeably cheaper and the score feels more like noise at times than music.
