It's so early it shows a 1996-1998 Pontiac Grand Am as the car going thru the building and not the 1999+ model they actually used for filming. I suspect the silver Grand Ams used in the movie were pre-production cars or some of the very first ever produced as Richard Donner had very close ties to GM using their vehicles in most of his movies, especially the LW series.
