 It could be a good idea to never add a movie to the last complete list unless the uploader says "complete" or something along the lines of that.

 I didn't mean he *has to* upload it all at once, but if there are mistakes they will be caught when it's listed at the top.
puterboy fills in everything so they don't get listed in unidentified either. This makes the validator solely responsible for accidents.
