No police cars? O_O

Most of the cop cars in the show are old early-mid 80s Crown Vics (1st season), and 80s Caprices (2nd season onwards). In the early seasons, the main character drives unmarked versions of both of these vehicles, so why duplicate entries? There are also some Dodge Diplomat cop cars used, but again, there's already an entry for that model.

I didn't see any thumbs or pages for the marked patrol cars though. And besides, the marked cars and the main unmarked cars driven by the main character should have two different pages because of the role. Just don't have 10 separate pages for the same car if the models aren't different in some way. Wouldn't hurt to have a thumb or two ever now and then, especially for the cars with a role. I'm not telling you how to do your thing but i'm just leaving some advice.

- Never be afraid to post multiple copies of a type of car if the roles and models are different. Also pay attention to trims.
- Post thumbnails of vehicles with two or more stars once in a while. Especially the 4 and 3 star cars. You don't have to take a bunch or some for EVERY episode but one or two here or there never hurt.
- If you're not sure about a particular vehicle then you can ask me or somebody else up here and i'm sure somebody will help organize the vehicles.

Thanks for the advice. I just added 2 marked patrol cars. Is that enough? The only other model that appears is the 1987 Caprice, but I can't remember which episodes they appeared in.

You're getting there. For one thing, Putting two of the three marked patrol cars used is a start but they require some more shots. Follow this example: /vehicle_431720-Chevrolet-Caprice-1992.html

In that link:
- The cars are organized by episode with at least one shot of them in most episodes.
- The shots have the cars visible, sometimes filling up the entire image.

Now for 4 star vehicles, follow this example: /vehicle_69420-Chevrolet-Caprice-1987.html

- First episode that it's used in is marked with a "+" to signify that its a major vehicle.
- At least one image from the episode the vehicle is featured in is used to make the idea it's used known
- overkill is not needed

You can also, to make your job easier, mention who uses the car, how long it stays on the show and it's fate, as well as the car that replaces it. You can then post the best images of the vehicle, usually action sequences or static shots that feature the vehicle being used in any way or being visible on the picture.

As for the issue with the 1987 Caprices, here's a quick fix: find the first episode they appeared in, mark it as "2.xx+" (for example) and then find some more shots, usually 5 or so. They can be from different episodes or not, depending on ho you want to do it.

The 2-3 star vehicles could use at least one-three thumbs to show what happens to it. Maybe even a description included with the shots in order to erase any confusion.

You're already doing a great job :) So to make it easier for you, finish the series and then go back again and grab the screenshots. Put the cars you already put here with roles on a little list (4 star, 3 star, etc) and then take additional shots throughout the episodes (for recurring cars, such as /vehicle_797719-Chevrolet-Caprice-1987.html and /vehicle_797784-Ford-Crown-Victoria-1993.html and /vehicle_798594-Ford-Crown-Victoria-1995.html and /vehicle_797532-Ford-LTD-Crown-Victoria-1983.html , which are cars driven by the main character, you should mark them and place them separately to not mix them up and organize them via episode. Cars such as the patrol cars ( /vehicle_798645-Ford-LTD-Crown-Victoria-1983.html and /vehicle_798642-Plymouth-Caravelle-1982.html ) should also take special residence and be separated from the other vehicles and organized by episode.

NOTE: You don't have to rush whatsoever. I never rush or push myself because it's supposed to be fun and enjoyable. Take it nice ans slow and do it right so you won't have to keep going back and forth. If you want, i'd even help you organize everything on my spare time. Have fun :)

end date should be 1996, not 1995
