Probably. There were 6 Zephyrs on the event - 3 full works entries with triple carbs and prototype front disc brakes, and 3 works supported "private" entries with drums, and I guess this was one of the A-team trio, especially as Gerry Burgess was one of Ford's favourite drivers - later winning the 1959 RAC in a works Zephyr (155 LVX). |
