By the fact that this is a Belarusian series, and moreover that it's a totally fake plate by the non-native Cyrillic/Latin letter. I don't even know if there has ever been a Belarusian series where they faked their own country's plates? -- Last edit: 2024-09-24 19:03:11 |

They constantly use cyrillic И letter (ironically, belarusian is almost the only cyrillic alphabet which lacks it) to imitate russian plates, but И is not allowed to be used on plates here since 1993 when Russia joined 1968 Vienna convention on road traffic. |

Looks like a restored vehicle. In restorations sometimes not everything goes according to plan... scuttle panel and the wiper mechanism itself might belong to a RHD car. Perhaps. |
