It doesn't completely fit the category of either MPV or executive car. What is the use of the rear space when someone who can afford a chauffeur would have a much more expensive car. Maybe it would be useful as a taxi or executive car service vehicle but it's hard to imagine why the ordinary consumer would choose one. That review from Top Gear was great From Wikipedia: "The Signum was intended to [...] capture a whole new market segment." "In North America, General Motors offers a vehicle based on a similar concept (yet targeting a different market) and platform, called Chevrolet Malibu Maxx."
