Vehicles added for the first 45 minutes of the movie only. - I was only able to get the first part of the movie. A lot more to get in the second half including car chases. |

More added (and to be added from pictures I have) including the chases in the movie. |

Anyone familiar with the early-1990's TV-Movies based on this one? |

I am. I remember when they used to show it on ABC 26. It was part of the "Action Packed" episodes along with Night Rider 2010, Hercules, The Bandit(based on Smokey And The Bandit) and Zena -- Last edit: 2011-02-15 20:17:09 |

In my case, I forget whether it was on WWOR Channel 9 or WPIX Channel 11. But I just uploaded the first and second of those sequels: /movie.php?id=109138 /movie_110511-Midnight-Runaround.html The last one, Midnight Run For Your Life (1994)(TV) is next. |

I was very surprised to find that this entry (one of my favorite movies in recent years) had some missing vehicles still. The movie is very well covered, particularly around the chase scenes, with an excessive amount of thumbs (even by my standards) for several vehicles. It appears as though someone dozed off through the Amarillo, Texas scenes and the scene at the Indian reservation where Mardukas (Grodin) attempts to steal a plane. There's a Ford Fiesta that almost hit the two gangsters Tony and Joey as they cross the street, and the Indian reservation scene has some derelict cars in plain sight, in particular a very nice '67 Ford LTD, a '57 Bel Air and a Studebaker wreck in the distance. I have now added these and a handful others I thought were well enough visible or may have been missed for other reasons. Some 2006-era lq images were also replaced in the process. The IMPDb page is also pretty lacking at this point, so here's a fresh batch of pictures which I hope find you well. Background vehicles: IMPDb Locomotives: Part-seen antique cars in framed pictures at Moscone's: Transceiver: Tape recorder: Shuffleboard: Blue Angel Motel (1957-2015) signage: A nice contemporary view of Las Vegas, showing signage to Circus Circus (1968-) and adjoining Slots-A-Fun (1971-) and Westward Ho (1963-2005). Also visible are El Rancho (1948-1992) and Riviera (1955-2015). To the right of Jimmy Serrano (Farina) is the sign for La Concha Motel (1961-2004). -- Last edit: 2023-08-16 08:25:10 |

Grodin was excellent at disrupting talkshows. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-dJaqwIDvfo&t=2711s "You have three shows? I wouldn't have believed you could get a job." |
