Angels Flight Funicular Railway, closed down in 1969 as the area was redeveloped. In these images, some of the surrounding buildings have already been torn down. Location previously mentioned here, here and here.

Latest episode of IMARDb answering questions nobody asked: Wooden coasters unfortunately have a 'sell-by date', especially if they're not well maintained. Missed opportunity to at least destroy it on camera in a movie, just like they did in The Death of Ocean View Park.
