dsl ◊ 2012-07-26 23:31	Excellent series. Filmed in Birmingham - the derelict fire station used in eps 4 & 5 is the old Aston depot (as in district of Birmingham with a football team - nothing to do with the car) which I had a tour of once when I was a kid - full of big shiny red things then.

Pic of the Fire Station (I took the cap as I was curious if it was the same station used in the first ep of Boon): Amusingly in 1.05 they are driving through the Queensway Tunnel and it takes them an age to get through the tunnel, However, in reality it is really short : A "Subaru" seen on CCTV footage: Toy Ford Capri (Vanguards model?):

Mostly likely the tv footage was filmed in England and the police station was in usual Ireland set as has been since s2 i believe
