Curiously, this is not an USA spec traffic signal lights, despite the filming location is at USA :think: :??:

It's not, it's clearly Sweden. It's been said on this page that the movie was shot in Sweden and the USA, but IMDb had only listed USA as a filming location.

 The European style 'No Parking' and 50 Km speed limit signs are a dead giveaway of the traffic lights being in a European setting (which is Sweden in this case).
