Example: Old pic: New pic: IMO the new pics are sharper, things like license plates and logos are actually readable in them. See the Autozam Carol and Nissan Caravan for example.

humungus ◊ 2025-07-30 09:02	New pics may be sharper, but they're still not as sharp as HD pics should be. They look like youtube crap on my end. Since Autozam Carol was mentioned: replacement: actual HD: (this is also not the best possible view, as you can see in the current main pic where the woman's bowl doesn't obscure that bit of the car) I mainly have issues with these, though: - replacement for Mitsubishi Type 74 is definitely worse than current main pic; - replacements for Nissan Caravan and Toyota Crown Sedan show noticeably less of the vehicle than current main pics; - replacement for Honda bike is not the same frame as the current main pic for no discernible reason (it shows one bike no better than the current one which shows two bikes).
antp ◊ 2025-07-30 15:02	To me, the new ones are better than the old ones (the fact that they are darker is not an issue on my monitor, but I remember that my monitor seems better than average for that) Indeed they should be more sharp, but it is already an improvement to current ones. I agree with the issues 2 & 3 mentioned by Humungus (for me the Type 74 is better even if darker, but indeed it is quite dark), indeed it is annoying when the new pics shows less of the vehicle than the old pic -- Last edit: 2025-07-30 15:03:03
