The normal waiting time depends on if someone is online.  If I am online, I'll usually validate something as soon as I know it is ready and I've checked it which can be fairly quick. I assume the others who regularly validate pics are the same. |

At a time the admins who validate contributions waited at least a few hours (or a day) in case other pics were added shortly after. |
