Search for Propreté de Paris and perhaps you'll find your joy ...
Paris has a whole fleet and several provider (Schmitt, Bucher, Aebi, ...) but I'm unable to find their product before 2000 ...

"Auto Sukces" - one of the most popular Polish car magazines of the 1990s - I guess classic for all Poles who were in appropriate age back then ;)
IMO it is cover printed as poster for film...
