Done I'll add a toy car used in a minor action: And a capture of scene where the city is destroyed by an atomic bomb: These vehicles do not look very real... -- Last edit: 2017-10-02 20:30:02 (Ford_Guy) |

The bus looks like a cardboard box painted like a bus and fitted with wheels. |
◊ 2006-11-26 22:46 |
The bus is a Scania model. The station wagon looks like a '79-'87 Ford LTD wagon |

Here's video of the aftermath of the Cyberdyne Shootout, where all the police cars were wrecked: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pwnwq6he8ho The Malibu 9C1 is clearly visible. Snookie will not be happy with the contents of this video... |

The quality was excellent. Thanks for sharing! |

The miniature scene that we see, which in my opinion isn't long enough, we can see a Chevrolet Corvette down in the far lane, might even be a 66 or 67. The bus, well, I wonder if it's this, I "borrowed" the image I came across while looking at images for Lethal Weapon 2 - /images/019/915.jpg |
◊ 2008-09-20 05:02 |
Additionally, there's supposed to be a car "flying" across the screen, someone might be able to find it or to help me confirm, a late 70s Chevrolet Camaro, or a Pontiac Trans AM. The reason I came to this conclusion is the shape of the doors. The blast wave has caused them to open, and the shape of the doors is very common for GM cars - namely the Camaro or Firebird. |

BEST MOVIE EVER MADE !!! |
◊ 2011-04-03 09:38 |
That R/C truck is either a Nikko Thor, Hawg, or Midnight Crusher. All the same truck, just with different color schemes. The one in the movie has a custom paint job unless theres another variation of the truck out there I'm unaware of. |

That's what i think too! |
◊ 2013-01-09 11:40 |
I have added the entire movie on Blu-Ray. Here are some extras: A shot of Los Angeles traffic seen during the beginning credits: A Bell 206B JetRanger II: (impdb has my permission to use these images) Various Hunter Killer machines seen during the intro sequence: |

could you put a cap from the alternative edning ? when John Conner is senator in a skynet free future? |
◊ 2013-01-09 21:31 |
Thank you gents! This is one of my favorite movies ever and such a famous and well-known movie as this one deserved the HD treatment. Neptune, I added two rounded-lines that I was hoping you could look at Alternate ending where Judgement Day doesn't happen: |
◊ 2013-01-09 21:46 |
yes personally I pretend T3 and that horrible McG directed trash are NOT cannon and the franchise ended with T2 as Cameron himself said plus he could have made a T3 himself if he felt the story could continue BTW you plan to do perhaps Back To the Future trilogy in HD ? -- Last edit: 2013-01-09 21:50:56 |
◊ 2013-01-09 21:59 |
I tend to think of T3 as just a good popcorn flick. It doesn't fit in with the newer Terminator movie (the one with Bale) that was released. The timeline didn't fit. |
◊ 2013-01-10 10:20 |
I agree with your assessment Neptune. It seems we're both pretty good Terminator fans And no, I don't plan on adding Back To the Future in HD. |

I thought it was a Nikko Big Bubba, because I had one and recognized the body/stance. You're right about the Thor/Hawg/Midnight Crusher. I would add the Night Rage to that list, based on the front bumper, grille, rollbars/lights, and twin exhaust stacks. Obviously repainted, but the details match exactly. I actually think it might be a Night Rage because supposedly that was the current model in 1989-1991, when the movie was being made. Discussion of Hawg/Thor/Midnight Crusher/Night Rage trucks: http://www.ultimaterc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=150004 -- Last edit: 2013-04-11 22:09:28 |

One of the best sci-fi movies ever made. Action sequences still beat some of today's movies. |
◊ 2014-06-25 15:06 |
You are forgetting another variation of this truck called black thunder that was made after midnight crusher but before Thor and fell in this timeframe. I have the black thunder truck purchased new in 1989 from toys r us. It came in the midnight crusher box. I still have the dated sales receipt and box |

No Pontiac T-1000s? |
◊ 2015-09-23 11:33 |
Isn't the fourth car in the far left lane a Peugeot 505? There's a clearer view of it a few frames later, could it be worth adding? |
◊ 2015-10-27 04:17 |
In my opinion. Best one of the entire franchise. |
◊ 2016-04-28 04:57 |
Some background cars driving by during one scene.... Two blurry 1987-89 Camrys in the background: Unknown 2-door, maybe Honda? Possibly a 1977-79 Oldsmobile Delta 88: |

For all you people who love Terminator 2: Terminator 2 3D will have world premiere on Berlinale 2017! Wohoo! So much good classics this year: War of the Worlds, T2 3D... Berlinale 2017 will be one of the best years of that festival. I mean, how can you top this? -- Last edit: 2017-01-21 20:51:02 |

A Tunnocks Teacake - every festival needs a Tunnocks dance display @ingo - you might this guide useful. Especially #19. |
◊ 2017-02-01 20:37 |
I will support that idea! Lets have teacakes at Berlinale 2018. Will try to buy two tickets for T2. Anything else than sold out would be a shame to this movie. Maybe i have to sleep overnight at the ticket selling counter. |

Any alternate angles of this shot? http://pics.imcdb.org/1838/vlcsnap-2012-11-29-16h59m48s142.jpg I remember it being a near-head-on shot. Is there an alternate angle or is this just another Mandela Effect? |

I've already (thoroughly) mentioned it on the relevant page, but the "Gradall 544B" in the steel mill is actually a JCB Loadall 530. |

In addition to those, Nikko also sold these 1:10 Toyota monster trucks as Lobo, Big Dude, Big Bubba, The Monster, Scorpion, Malibu, Big Brutus, and probably a bazillion other variants, as well. They seemed to not only refresh the names and paint schemes every couple of years, but they also offered unique variants to stores like Sears and Radioshack. I'm not sure which one this is, but I found an identical one on Worthpoint, so this "zebra striped" scheme does seem to be one of the originals: Link to "www.worthpoint.com" |
