Still lacking a picture of the Vicar's car...a Peugeot 505 estate. It features in several episodes.

I have al the episodes on DVD now. Just looked through the titles...
It's a Rolls Royce dealer... ;) That makes it even more funny.

I just thought it was funny that he wondered whether to give it its own car entry.

Since dodgems are limited to their own ride arena (they take their power from the overhead wire mesh) they can't be used for any real transportation (although many cartoons ignore this rule).

There's also a commercial (Delta Lloyd) with a dodgem through San Fransisco.

What is it with all of the Ford Mondeos in the fifth season of this show? Just about every episode in the last season showed a Ford Mondeo saloon or wagon!!

If you're filming in Britain past a certain date, you just cannot not show one - they are more ubiquitous than telephone booths or pillar boxes those days! They are the actual symbol of the modern, 21st century UK.

Yes, but there does seem to be a large number of Mondeo's featured. I've seen about 4 or 5 in one episode alone.

I was thinking about that the other day and here's all the Mondeos I can think of.

S4/E5 - the estate agent has a black Mondeo (this is the first Mondeo I can recall in the series)
S4/E9 - a black Mondeo is seen in background when Hyacinth is coming into the kitchen shop, another black Mondeo is behind them in the driving scenes when Richard has to drive with a bare foot
S5/E1 - a green Mondeo Estate is going by as Hyacinth tells Richard to pretend their car is as wide as a minibus, another green Estate is in the church carpark when they get there and one passes by when they are sitting on the side of the road in the minibus
S5/E3 - the alarm company representative drives the Mondeo seen in pictures above
S5/E4 - a red Estate honks when Hyacinth asks Richard to stop on the bridge because she wants to see the river.
S5/E5 - a green Estate honks at Hyacinth when she's standing in the street waving to the Carridines with skis on their car
S5/E9 - a black Mondeo can be seen turning the corner when Richard is walking into the car showroom. When Richard pulls out into a one way street in the Rolls and stops, another red Mondeo Estate pulls up behind them and blows the horn, then speeds past as Richard moves into the intersection. At least one green Mondeo Estate is in the hotel parking lot as Onslow drives up. Then as Hyacinth and Richard are getting away hiding behind a fence panel, they lean it against a black Mondeo. As they speed away a white police Mondeo blocks them in (seen in pictures above).
