This is the start for this pan-european TV-series of the beginning of the seventies (France, Finland, Germany... and Canada).
Concept is loosely the same of the X-files of the 90's.

Sorry for the screenshots : I only found smartphone issues.
With 13 episodes of nearly an hour each one, I'll probably put online one or two of them a week.

Here is the Fiat Dino Coupé 2400 used by Yan Thomas and Barbara Andersen (actors Pierre Vaneck and Elga Andersen) seen in most episodes and on each credit : [Image: afdp-s1e5a_0-00-52.jpg]

Edit (22 Jan) : Ep. 1.1 put online (I focused on moving cars as they are too many one star [several and long action in street]) ; the wreck Renault will be seen again in Ep. 1.5.

By the way : how to consider a vehicule from a TV Series ? Do we uploaded it each episode it features ? If not, how to say to members they can find it in episodes 1 and 5 and 25 ? How to qualify it if its feature in each episode with one or two star AND in a single episode as a four star ?

Episode 1.2 added. I've got the front side of the Mustang (uploading soon after Admin saying OK).

@LVCDC - New entries are the wrong ratio (too short). Should be 1.33:1.

LVCDC FR

2016-01-25 11:35

Sure, there is a difference but which one ?
A ratio could be calculated if we known exactly what we should have on the screen. For example, the Renault estafette seems too narrow in one case, too large in the other episode. I have no master to resize with garantee of being right for good :-(

edit : I just realise that if the video seems OK the screenshot are 30% narrow (I don't know why the program did that).

The ratio is listed on the IMDB page. I resized the ones from Episode 2 when I approved them. The new ones from Episode 3 do not look like 1.33:1.

Damned !
Further test with the head of Pierre Vaneck proved me that the screennshots are right. So I must reverse the resizing of Ep. 1.3 and reload ...

All episodes of Season One are now online.

During the 6th episode, we can see a submarine (outside and insisde) : [Image: afdp-s1e6_00007.jpg].
And a nice picture for rjluna : [Image: afdp-s1e6_00021.jpg]
The méhari is back ; look at its page, there is a amusing detail.

And about aircraft, of course, IMPDB has its own page : http://impdb.org/index.php?title=Aux_frontières_du_possible

With an advertising for the Pastis 51 on the wall of a shop "Tabac / journaux" , I would be very surprised if we are in Germany :) (timing : 35 mn / 35 mn12).

Episode One of 1974 (Season 2) used several street interviews and action near car park.
Here are just some example of background cars :
* Renault Estafette : [Image: afdp-s2e1_00001.jpg]

* Peugeot 404 (break and 3 volumes) with a Citroën Méhari : [Image: afdp-s2e1_00002.jpg]

* 2 CV, Renault 4, Peugeot 204, Renault 4L : [Image: afdp-s2e1_00003.jpg]

* Peugeot 404 pick-up, (DS ?), Renault 4 fourgonnette : [Image: afdp-s2e1_00004.jpg]

* Peugeot 204, Renault 6 und so weiter : [Image: afdp-s2e1_00007.jpg]

* Fiat 600, Citroën GS, Renault 8, Peugeot 504, Renault 8, Simca Aronde, ?, ?, ?
Ford Capri, Simca (?), Renault 6, Simca 1100, Matra 530, Ford Escort (?)
[Image: afdp-s2e1_00021.jpg]

These streets are given for Surville. In fact a close watch on the rail station panel reveals that the train is from Saint-Nom-la-bretêche (with SURVILLE post production addition).
There are two Surville towns (one in Normandy [post code 50250] the other one near Rouen [post code 27400]) and this could be too a district of Montereau-Fault-Yonne (but then in the East of Paris).
The police commissary put his finger on the map but near Elancourt ...
In fact, I'm pretty sure we can see the street of Vélizy-Villacoublay.

Hola, compadre LVCDC !

LVCDC FR

@DidierF : thanks for the tips (faut que je t'écrive, j'ai changé de BAL).

спасибо !
