I would say it's a Fiat truck ( judging by the split screen and the position of the wipers and also by the side mirror placement ). |

The front vent window loooks like that on the Fiat 680 or 690 truck from around 1970, also the fact that it is right hand drive. |

Not a 690, it has not tandem steer axles. Probably 682T3 |
