Difficult to call this an M38. No aux battery cover on the cowling! Not a clear view of any pioneer tool slots. No headlight guard, no military lights. Could be removed? Civilian style top. I think this is a Willys CJ3A with the spare & fuel can moved to the rear...very common. A driver side view would be decisive. |
