To me the design seemed rather unique to the Westinghouse, Hence I haven't seen a lot of things like this other than the Westinghouse. |

I also found this rare 4 wheeled version of the Cushman Haulster /vehicle_73654-Cushman-Haulster.html but not that it is any closer that the Westinghouse. |
