I rode the short bus to school, but it wasn't this bad! Meanwhile, I'm not quite sure, but I'm thinking International of some kind.

I wonder why they do such thing. I mean, as I guess that such busses are not as common as the bigger ones, what's the use of making a so short bus in the same way as the full-lenght ones? Why not just a normal van?

I think it's a custom job, just made for the absurdity of it. Most short busses are based on full-sized vans, with the bus body dropped on behind the driver. This is ridiculously short.

International Harvester S-1900, 8 passenger, overdramatic Illustration of riding the short bus, I like it...should have about a 10 ft turning radius

How did you come up with a 1987?, International Harvester used that same nose from 1978/88.
