I added it as extra entry cause the frame for windshield is different, this one has rubber, the other one chrome. |

Would a Rolls Corniche have rubber windscreen trim like this? |

Oh, I didn't notice. |

But it seems identical in every other detail, I'm wondering if it is the same car. I think this should be regrouped with that one anyway, but maybe leave the white one with a page of its own. |

Is it the same role or a different one? If that's the same role, there is no reason to list it separately: they always use multiple cars in movies/series, often noticeable. |

Well they do have different plates (other one says 'STALLION') |

In the movie the first Corniche was blown up, this one appears later on when Columbo gets an identical car for a reconstruction of the events in the build up to the explosion. It is how he exposes the murderer. (Or something like that, it has been a long time since I saw this one). |

List it with the other one, I don't see much point in listing two virtually identical cars from the same movie. The white one in the showroom can have it's own page though. I don't understand why the trim round the windscreen is different, I wonder if it's either a trick of the light or they painted over it for whatever reason. -- Last edit: 2013-08-05 15:56:12 |
