It's that California man who owns the 2GAT123 plate. He's owned so many cars over the years - as is well documented in this here site - but they get stolen all the time, so he had to buy another one, and his insurance premiums got more expensive, so he can only afford an old Civic. This time, he's decided to camouflage his Civic with cardboard so the youngsters from the hood won't see it, but as you can see, it's not effective. Poor guy. It's as if the 2GAT123 was cursed. If I was the California DMV, I'd recall it. |
