So woll'n wir uns da wieder seh'n
Bei der Laterne wollen wir steh'n"
Wie einst Lili Marleen (bis repetitas)

Ah...j'en verserais presque une larme!

For me that song always reminds "La mort douce" of Benoit Sokal.

Thanks for the song, Bebert! Nice to hear it again!

That prompted me to search the web. Here are some more versions in all sorts of languages:

But the real Lilli Marleen is for me Lale Anderson

I just listend to the Finnish version. Very interesting, but the Finnish Lilli Marleen has a rather low voice... ;)

so nice song, remind me the excellent and beauty Hanna Schygulla in the film of R.W.Fassbinder  (missing in IMCDB ... :/ )

This song belongs to the WWII in France, too: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IQtHZeyIfrM

 Strange, that it's now used by Renault in that TV-Clip:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jrcAuoMNAHY

It was played by the Wehrmacht-radio-stations as a warning about fraternisation and spionage, but it went to the most popular song except "Lili Marleen".
