Definitely March 62 onwards (Mk2 [BJ7]), possibly Feb 64 onwards Mk3 [BJ8] until Oct 65 when separate front minor lights.

Which only makes sense as a name if it's a modern retro registration for a 1963 car (possibly not originally sold in F when new, so private import from unknown). There was no connection between Rover and Austin-Healey in 1963, and Rover Group as a dominant brandname which owned the rights to Austin Healey came in 1986. Suggests France does similar age plate system as DVLA does in UK.
