The front bumper valance was restyled for the 1994 model year, and for the 1996 model year, it (along with the rear bumper valance and rocker panels) was painted to match the body colour. 1994-1995 model. A nice example of a 3er cabrio.

Okay, so it has the updated front valance, but still not body coloured.
