Ford_Guy ◊ 2010-09-25 22:38	I don't know much about the pre-1973 trucks, but I can tell you that with all sales brochures that I've seen from the 1973-1991 models, the Crew Cab seems to have only been offered on F-350 and above models. Look at this brochure from 1976:
