Please set year as 1981 - the 1978 version had more chrome on the bumpers. |

I saw it in a comment on the page of a 1980 or 1981 one, but I cannot find it anymore, unfortunately. |

Nothing listed by Glass's for trim changes across range from Aug 78 Mk2 launch to Oct 81 facelift, although many new/adjusted trim names/levels and some special editions during that period. This does not have the Oct 81+ grille, and looks likely to be GL - wheels, chrome window trim. |

Black mirror could be a clue? AFAIK this type of mirror only appeared on the late ones. |

We have a few from Jan 1981 with chrome mirrors: /vehicle_855568-Ford-Granada-1981.html /vehicle_53937-Ford-Granada-1981.html But if we look at ones from later in 1981 we seem to get the black mirrors: /vehicle_372852-Ford-Granada-1981.html /vehicle_646334-Ford-Granada-1981.html So it seems that they must have only fitted these mirrors for about six months. No clues on the bumpers. Maybe it's for a specific edition? Or maybe the bumper on this car has been painted. -- Last edit: 2016-07-26 17:33:18 |

1980 MY Granada brochure. I'd say wheelcovers for cheaper versions differed between 1978 and 1980 MY. |
