 1965 Daimler Fleetline with Weymann convertible open top body. There are two in the USA from a batch originally built for Bournemouth Corporation. Bournemouth 183 (CRU183C) is now reported as a permanent open topper, while 186 (CRU186C) has a roof; there is a screencap of it under 'Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me'

Registration number is HRC486D - check out this shot:

Apologies for this; I've only just seen this scene in any detail; in fact the Weymann bodies of the Bournemouth Fleetlines were built to the Alexander design, so outwardly look very similar.
