From what is visible, the van of the main pic has the wheel rims and the dual rear wheels of one of the "heaviest" P-30 (Chevrolet) / P-3500 (GMC) models. I'd say that the fender badge is the Chevrolet version rather than the GMC one. The round horizontal bar indicates an aluminum body while the high square roof points out a 1981+ model. blue_thunder's thumbnail shows a front wheel rim of a P-30 / P-3500 too, but there are not enough details to say more.
