It's been a while, but for some reason, I remember it being based on a Ford Econoline/E-series. If nothing else, I'm certain there's an interior view, we might be able to figure it out from the steering wheel (if we can see it). |

This is definitely a 1983-91 due to the way the indicators/sidemarkers are lit up. |
