The U.S. military standard Humvee does not have V-8 engines and are much smaller than depicted in this film.

expendable ◊ 2010-09-26 02:04	garco: i have not seen this film. but i can tell you this is no Hummer H1! and definitely not a Humvee! your facts about Humvees are wrong as well. the humvees only come with V8s. A1s came with a 6.2L detroit diesel V8. A2s and later came with a 6.5L detroit diesel V8. Humvees may not be as tall as whatever this is. but they are definitely wider. 7' 2 1/2" wide not counting side mirrors.
