Front seems to have too many letters for BMC, maybe "Leyland" with a few lost letters? Though we have none yet under Leyland. Maybe BMC Austin / BMC Morris also with lost letters? Or maybe that's not the make written there actually :D

I think it's L_ylan_ as suggested. Origin UK, local knowledge need if any local build.

BMC (Turkey) used the Leyland name until some time in the 1990s and then replaced it with Levend.

P.S. Could the name on the cab be "Fatih"?

For Fatih comment ^
datsunZ wrote Fatih were strange trucks, use still a modified Leyland G-cab(Boxer,Reiver,Mastiff...) and T45 Roadtrain headlights and pods

kudos wrote Fatih models were produced from 1985, using the Leyland Redline G cab and Cummins turbocharged diesel engines. There were four models from 17 to 27-tons gross weight.

This is not a Fatih (film date a year or two too early), but it's relevant for showing that Leyland G-cabs were built in Turkey (under whatever name used). This looks a big one so might be Mastiff, but I don't really know these things.
