 Some special version or just customised? I don't think I've seen one with such an amount of chrome before.

 Is it a Prestige as tweaked by Chapron - if so only made in penny numbers?? Doesn't have 72+ recessed door handles, so not DS 23, so badge suggests 70-71 DS21 EFi.
