Yes, more or less (it is registered to the driver AND vehicle, and can be transfered to another vehicle but not to another driver, except if you inherit the plate from your father or so) But there are still some reserved letters. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vehicle_registration_plates_of_Belgium So you cannot transfer your plate from a car to a bike for example. -- Last edit: 2008-08-24 22:52:25 |
