2021+ in South Korea

Those I can find listed as 2021 online have N (2022) in their VINs.

According to Wikipedia they started to sell these in April 2021, that's early for a 2022 model. Moreover in Korea they don't seem to really use model years like in USA.
The others we have on the site are listed as 2021.

Well their VINs do.

You can check them here if you don't believe me. Every single one that I checked had N in their VINs. If they were 2021s they would have had M in their 10th digits.

I believe you ;) But weren't previously similar cases with VINs using next-year code that we did not apply? (for the Smart?)

The smart uses the RPO 8xx code in the build sheet to determine the year. These KDM models use the 10th digit in the VIN to ascertain the model year. Slightly different.
