I see two different cars in these pics. In the large pic is a 1951 Plymouth Series P-23 Cranbrook Sedan, in the small one posted by Stronghold is a 1953 Series P-24 Cranbrook Sedan. |

Yes there are two different Plymouths here.On the large picture a 1951 as indicated .On the small picture the design of the rear rocker panel seems 1954 and I would rather think it ia a 1954 Plaza (series P-25-1) |

The trim appears to be black rubber at second glance. 53s had either no (Plaza), or bright trim there (Savoy, Cranbrook, which I assumed). The 'higher' series 54 Savoys and Cranbrooks had bright trim there, plus a molding around the beltline, which this car clearly lacks. You are right, it must be a 54 Plaza. |

Remember when I mentioned that some friends of my parents had a 1954 Plymouth? Well it was the Plaza. |
