This would imply that the car in question is a GS 300, since the code for the naturally aspirated inline-six is 2JZ-GE. However, other engines were available in the GS; a 4.0L V8 from 1998 to 2000 (chassis code UZS160) and a 4.3L V8 from 2001 to 2005 (chassis code UZS161). Assuming we don't know what engine the GS in question has, the chassis code should just be [S160].
