No record for it now, but a faint trace on https://www.theaa.com/car-insurance/buy/car-details for it belonging to a 2993cc diesel BMW X5. The car has probably switched to a personalised plate (the kind of thing someone with the kind of taste that ends in a white BMW X5 would have). YL65LHV and YL65LHY belong to February 2016 BMW 1-series so maybe this was registered at the same time. YA17VZC = still registered to a July 2017 BMW X5 XDRIVE30D M SPORT AUTO so a different car (note it has different alloy wheels). So it's not that one in 5517 as it was registered a month after the episode was shown on TV. Both are probably BMW fleet cars that were modified as police cars for TV use (Yx plates are common on BMW UK fleet cars).
