Given a choice of those models the 245 (about 1975-77) looks right for the wiper arm pivot positions also the air-vent slots. /vehicle_2692-Volvo-245-1977.html The distinctive curve to the top of the rear side doors, unusual for a wagon, is also a typical Volvo feature (I guess they use common parts with the sedan).
