I would not go off the color when the wheels do not match.

 SPV is wrong with 1998 unless this is repainted. Only 2000 introduced the red color.

 Oh yeah they are wrong or it was resprayed. Look it is debadged. So my guess is a respray happened during it's life. If you see hubcaps you can almost immediately remove the possibility of Special Edition.


Edit: Foldable mirrors are 1999-2000.
