its either a 91-93 with a 89-90 front end cause the front is different color or its just a 89-90. minor differences: front bumper and engine. |

VW had some similar hubcaps for the 1993 facelift of the Passat III. |
◊ 2011-04-15 22:30 |
Here we have alloys and not hubcaps And the Passat-hubcaps are looking different |
Hazzard ◊ 2011-04-19 09:44 |
Sorry those ALLOYS were for the non-facelift 1988 Passat III. |
◊ 2011-04-19 14:42 |
No. /vehicle_206691-Volkswagen-Passat-Typ-35i-1989.html And the alloys for the GT-version were different, too. I know, that, because my father had owned such a Passat vor over 10 years |

@ingo Not THOSE. Take a look at the cover of AUTO BILD TÜV REPORT 98 those are the alloys I mean. |
◊ 2011-04-19 22:18 |
I don't notice Auto BILD. Only the issues of the 4.May 1987 and the 30.Dec 1995. Otherwise I only read the Auto BILD Klassik, but though I know the editor and the writers personally, only sometimes, if there were articles about "my" car and/or my friends. |

reminds of need for speed with my old nissan 240sx stupid morons destroying lovely car for gay ass beetle |
◊ 2011-10-28 02:21 |
If it's any consolation, mankind has scrapped more Beetles than S13s. |
◊ 2012-04-02 00:09 |
Not to be rude, but we should not use are language like that to a classic Bug. I have an old red 1967 Volkswagen Beetle . And nobody makes fun of it. Don't use mean comments at ME. |
◊ 2012-06-30 17:04 |
oh sorry i did not mean to offend you there mate to be honest my mum had a 1967 white beetle which was awesome unfortunately it had some car trouble we took it in to a VW specialist in Cyprus he fixed it up then we had to move away so we trusted this man becuase we had been doing business with him for a while we trusted him to sell it for us and send the money foward we never heard from him again... it's not that i hate VWs it's just that whenever we get one they either break down or bring bad luck again sorry mate |
◊ 2012-07-16 02:57 |
That's okay. |

I would like to apologise for my immature comment I made on this page 9 years ago. I was 12 years old at the time and thought using the term “gay” was a cool thing to do. It’s embarrassing to see it still there and I cannot login to the old account to delete it. I have a lot of respect for the VW Type 1 and what it managed to achieve after WW2. |
