CougarTim ◊ 2017-08-14 20:48	Wearing a Washington, DC, Historic Motor Vehicle (HMV) license plate. In most cases, a car needs to be 25 years old to be eligible for this plate. A 1966 car would not have this plate in 1986; I'm not even sure the HMV plates existed in 1986.
