I've seen this and there were many more vehicles. It was filmed mostly in South Africa with a little bit of location filming in Washington D.C. |

I hope you wouldn't have said that if you knew what the film was about. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2421662/plotsummary |

![]() I will be adding more vehicles for identification. 'The Challenger' title can be interpreted two ways. Both as the space shuttle Challenger and also as Richard Feynman being the challenger who is the outsider that acts alone as part of the Presidential Commission to find what went wrong at NASA and was being hidden from the investigators. |

I actually went to NASA and they had an exhibit for the Challenger astronauts, basically a hallway with recessed panels in the wall showing a picture of each one along with information about them and personal items that belonged to them. One of them had an old metal Star Trek lunchbox. RIP to them all! Also, in 1986 the Vehicle Assembly Building still had the 1976 Bicentennial star painted on it. -- Last edit: 2022-04-18 18:11:22 |

Sunbar, that background "Firebird" is a Chevrolet Camaro. |
