:think: Is there a better shot of the poster on the left? "1.Mai" is readable, but then? KPD would be plausible, not NPD - but in West Germany and West-Berlin the KPD is still forbidden since 1956.

 as ingo said KPD was forbiden in 1956 so this is KPD-Aufbauorgansiation which held 2d Parteitag in 1977
they disassociated themself from official comunist party DKP preaching grassroots comunism a la Mao Tsetung
Leaders of KPD-AO lived in that Bezirk or nearby.

- plastic vents in the C-pillar: MY 71 or 72

- flat headrests from the RO 80: only MY 71 (from 1972 onwards the VW 412-headrests)

P.S. it's a later MY 1971. At the very first cars, until Dec 1970, the mirror was directly at the door-edge to the A-pillar.
