Looks to be 1936 Morris 10/4 Series II like this one - http://www.drive-right.co.uk/yourcars.html - ? I think the wire wheels make it 1935-36. From 1937 they had pressed steel wheels. -- Last edit: 2012-05-26 06:31:01 |

1935+ Morris Ten or Twelve. Easicleen wheels introduced at the end of 1936 along with a four speed gearbox. The same body was used for the two cars, the ten with a 1292cc four from the Series I Ten and the twelve with the 1548cc engine previously used in the Cowley. My Dad's Ten was black over green and was replaced by a Traction Avant, not much difference! |

I'm not sure whether we should call this a 10/4 since there was no corresponding 10/6 in Series II or subsequently. AFAIK it was always just a Ten. |
